Practice Areas

Guillermo practices in the areas of entity formation, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state controversy matters, succession planning for closely held business entities and estate administration. He focuses on the interconnection between closely held business interest, state and federal taxation, and estate and succession planning.

 

Guillermo earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he gained practical experience interning at one of Idaho’s largest privately held corporations, served Idahoan entrepreneurs as part of the Entrepreneurship Clinic, and volunteered with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Guillermo joined the firm immediately after being admitted to the Bar and spends his free time outside whether chasing his children or the big game Idaho has to offer.
